Job summary

CloudPay is seeking an Associate Corporate IT Engineer to deliver prompt global IT support to a growing user base and develop the corporate IT estate. The role requires being on-site 3 days per week and handling day-to-day tickets, asset management, and application expertise.

You will become a regional contact for IT incidents, support hardware purchases, renewals, and contribute to small projects while upholding security and standard processes across the global organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT helpdesk/support with ticketing systems.
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
  • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin and security basics (MFA).
  • Asset management and hardware lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to global user base via remote and on-site.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and take ownership of resolution.
  • Own laptop build/configuration for your region and manage peripherals.
  • Assist in small IT projects and liaise with external suppliers for hardware.
  • Promote security best practices and least-privilege access.
  • Maintain asset management records and support BAU IT systems.

This will involve contributing to the global business goals and maintaining one standard IT solution that is required to evolve the growing technology tools. As part of the role, it is a requirement to be self-sufficient, work effectively in a fast-paced environment on day-to-day support tickets, asset management, and application subject-matter expertise, and participate in small projects.You will become a regional support contact for a range of IT incidents and requests supporting a variety of technology throughout the CloudPay estate.This role requires being on-site 3 days per weekMain responsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line support to our global user base via remote tools and face-to-face.Proactively be responsible for global IT support in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.Take ownership of the build process of our laptop configuration for your regionManage any IT peripherals (printers, phones, audio-visual equipment, desktops & Laptops)Participate in small project activities as directed by IT ManagementLiaise with external suppliers for hardware purchases and application renewals.Place IT security at the forefront of your mind with the least privileged approach.Operate and maintain business-as-usual IT systems.Become a technical subject matter expert for assigned applications/services, providing improvement opportunities, license management and escalations.Work with the management team to make suggestions to optimise the use of IT Equipment and ApplicationsMaintain the asset management system to ensure we have 100% accuracy.Operate with one global IT Corporate StandardExperience needed for this roleRelevant experience within an IT support background with previous usage of a Helpdesk/ Ticketing System •Solid understanding of Windows 10, 11 & Windows Server Operating SystemsExperience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Office 365 Suite and admin toolsAdministration of business applicationsActive directory / Azure Active Directory / Group PolicyGood Appreciation of Cyber-Security including Two factor authentication (MFAAsset ManagementLaptop and Desktop ExperiencePrinter MaintenanceHelpdesk/ Ticketing System previous usageCloud-based telephony.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.About you and Our core valuesTaking ownership, working with integrity and respectBeing a team player is key to our cultureSolution and customer-focusedGreat initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving resultsDedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvementsBe creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you doCloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
