Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting Associate Consultants to join our September 2025 graduate scheme! We are a boutique recruitment consultancy based in London, focusing on Consulting, Data & Technology, and Legal recruitment. Currently 27 employees, we operate in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to start their recruitment career in London, with a company going through an exciting period of growth.

The Role

• Identifying, attracting, and onboarding candidates and clients we are not currently engaged with
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Work with your manager to manage candidates through the interview process and close deals
• Hit deal targets
• Work with large-scale global clients, and generate client leads
• Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

The Person

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven, with natural drive, enthusiasm, and motivation
