We are recruiting an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant for the UK and Ireland team.

As an Associate Consultant, you will lead client engagements, providing expert advice to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value. You will work with leaders and executives to design and oversee change and transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

You will be responsible for delivering quality work within agreed scope and budget, reporting to an Associate Director. Depending on the project, you may be the sole lead or part of a larger team.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their needs and operations.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice and challenge.
• Planning and delivering change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as needed.
• Producing high-quality reports and presentations.
