Job Description:
Accurately execute company secretarial duties and administrative tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Organize and attend client company board meetings, meticulously documenting action items, distributing minutes promptly, and diligently tracking progress on agreed activities.
Efficiently manage incoming email communications, ensuring timely responses and escalating matters appropriately to relevant parties.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in completing all task-related workflows and checklists.
Serve as a professional point of contact for auditors, legal counsel, banking representatives, and other external stakeholders via email, telephone, and in-person meetings.
Proactively contribute to the overall information security and data protection environment by adhering to all mandatory training, policies, and procedures.
Promptly escalate any questions or issues to designated individuals or consult with the relevant line manager when uncertain.
Skills Required:
Strong academic foundation, actively pursuing a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CGI or equivalent).
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and actively listen to others.
Proactive and responsive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
