ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Associate on the Events & Engagement Team, based in our London office, you will be responsible for managing all events and employee engagement activities in London. You’d be a key business partner across strategies and department helping to further evolve our strong business culture. Additionally, you will support events, engagement and culture initiatives across our European, Middle East, and Asian offices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing logistical planning for global firm events, with a particular focus on those in the London office.
• Coordinating event details such as catering, venue sourcing, audiovisual requirements, travel arrangements, and producing presentation materials.
• Developing and designing event websites and onsite materials.
• Supporting leadership engagements and ensuring seamless execution.
• Organizing and managing event calendars.
• Producing event graphics and enhancing the visual aesthetics of our materials.
• Maintaining and updating team planning and tracking documents.
