The Role

You will work closely with a specialist team offering exposure to intellectually challenging work, gaining extensive and hands on knowledge. Assisting with prestigious clients on high-value commercial and corporate disputes, providing commercial advice to businesses (both start-ups and the more established) and high net worth individuals. They handle a range of disputes, domestic and international advice, excelling in litigation, arbitration, negotiation and mediation. The role is extremely rewarding with a varied workstream of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution law. Candidates will have main responsibilities of:

• Draft and deliver complex and bespoke documents/advice and can think creatively to propose and deliver innovative solutions.
• Action complex instructions directly and effectively manage relationships with clients.
• Analyses and prioritises client needs to deliver commercially focused advice.
• Build relationships both externally and internally with existing and/or new contacts/clients.
