Job summary

A leading law firm is seeking an Associate in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution to join their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to high-quality work for an array of clients and supports growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE with proven commercial acumen and a commitment to client service, working in a hybrid role based in Ipswich, with consideration for Norwich and Chelmsford. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years PQE covering a broad range of work.
  • Experience advising on complex commercial disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to produce high standard documentation.

Associate -Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution - Ipswich with hybrid working(Norwich and Chelmsford will also be considered)

Role

  • This role is offered due to growth and represents a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic market leading team dealing with high quality work.
  • Act for a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SME’s, listed companies and multi-national and an expanding international client base.
  • Assist senior members of the Team with their cases
  • Be involvedin Business Development initiatives.

You

  • 3-5 years PQE able to cover a broad range of work across the team and contribute more widely to its growth.
  • An interest in and experience of advising on complex commercial disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes would be welcomed.
  • Excellent technical skills, a high attention to detail and can produce work/documentation of a consistently high standard.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong client focused approach, and aptitude for business development.
