Requirements:

  • Identify and analyze business risks, define procurement strategies, and manage contractual clauses.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management (or equivalent). CSCS, SMSTS certifications.
  • Experience with diverse construction projects, effective communication, and team management.
  • Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or similar professional body.
  • Proven success in project delivery, financial acumen, leadership skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in projects.
