Island Green Power Limited is seeking a Commercial Asset Management Associate to support construction-phase financing and transition into a portfolio role for solar PV and storage assets in the UK.

You will coordinate lender reporting, maintain covenants and drive commercial governance, with growth into managing revenue, contracts and budgets as projects move from construction to operations.

Competenze

• Post-graduate experience in project finance, asset management or commercial management.
• Exposure to project construction and portfolio assets in renewables or capital-intensive infra.
• Familiarity with project finance facilities, lender reporting, covenants and financial models.
• Able to turn complex project and financial information into concise reporting.

Mansioni

• Coordinate lender reporting, drawdowns and loan administration for construction projects.
• Maintain financing obligations register, covenants, compliance tracker and reporting calendar.
• Support cash forecasting, interest, repayments, and compliance certificates with finance teams.
• Manage operating budgets, cash-flow forecasts and variance explanations.
