Associate Clinical System Designer

We are currently seeking an Associate Clinical System Designer to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Associate Clinical System Designer at ICON, you will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of clinical systems essential to the smooth operation of clinical trials. You will help drive innovation and streamline clinical workflows by ensuring that our systems meet regulatory and user requirements, ultimately supporting the delivery of high-quality, data-driven clinical research.

What You Will Be Doing:


• Assisting in the design, configuration, and testing of clinical systems used for data collection, management, and analysis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and ensure systems align with clinical protocol needs.
• Conducting system validation activities, including documentation and troubleshooting, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Providing technical support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of clinical systems in day-to-day operations.
• Contributing to the enhancement of system functionality and user experience by identifying and implementing improvements.

Your Profile:


• Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information systems, or health informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience or strong interest in clinical systems design, configuration, or testing in a clinical research or healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of data management principles and regulatory requirements in clinical research.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
