Job Description

What you’ll do

As an Associate, your main responsibilities include contacting experts via phone, building relationships, and persuading them to speak with our clients. You will assess whether they meet our clients’ needs and are knowledgeable about the relevant questions. You will also coordinate consultations between clients and experts, negotiate meeting terms, and maintain strong relationships. The role is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and results-oriented, requiring multitasking and high standards of service. We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to support your growth within the company.

What you’ll need

• Native Korean speaker with fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
• Strong academic background or experience in customer-focused roles
• Interest in developing skills in client engagement, influencing, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven mindset
