The Opportunity:

As a Dutch Client Service Associate, you will be part of an energetic environment managing daily tasks at one of the world's leading private money managers. The Day-to-Day:

  • Expect a dynamic and varied daily routine involving liaising with Sales Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner directly with top banks acting as custodians to assist with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Gain exposure to businesses in other European countries.
  • Support Investment Counsellors with relationship management by handling operational inquiries from existing clients.
  • Assist in producing reports on the current status of prospective clients.
  • Develop expertise in multiple subjects, becoming a point of contact as you assume more responsibilities.
  • Report to your Client Service Team Leader, who will support your training and professional development.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience (a background in Finance, Economics, or Business is a plus).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and email, with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality work while adhering to deadlines.
