Frazer‑Nash Consultancy, part of the KBR group, is seeking an Associate Client Director - Maritime to oversee strategic relationships with BAE Systems. You will shape and deliver complex consultancy engagements, lead major programmes, and drive revenue growth while maintaining delivery excellence.

Title: Associate Client Director - Maritime Associate Client Director - Maritime Salary range: £80,000 to £100,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Location: Close to client locations is preferable, although we would consider any Frazer-Nash office for the right candidate. Working Pattern: We operate a flexible hybrid working pattern at Frazer-Nash, with time split between the office, client sites and working from home. Working alongside the BAE Systems Client Director, you will help shape, secure and deliver complex consultancy engagements while reinforcing our position as a trusted partner. This is a senior client-facing role that combines business development, portfolio leadership and delivery excellence, with a clear focus on growing our management consultancy presence and expanding our footprint within a key account.
