Job Title: Trainee Administrator - Wealth Management

The Role: Supporting our Client Delivery team, you will assist Wealth Planners by processing applications, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting administrative tasks such as postal duties and reception cover.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating diaries and arranging client meetings.
  2. Using investment platforms and IT systems for wealth management administration.
  3. Ensuring accurate data entry within deadlines.
  4. Maintaining correct client records and supporting postal duties and reception when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced administration role.
  2. Good literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
