FJA is recruiting for an Associate Civil / Structural Engineer to lead an experienced and dynamic team. The role is linked to our Newark office, East Midlands, with a hybrid working option available.

Civil / Structural Design Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Manage project team resources, output, technical quality, and delivery
  • Deliver quality civil engineering solutions for commercial and logistics development projects
  • Provide expert advice and support through extensive engineering technical knowledge
  • Develop client contacts to build new work streams and grow the business in Newark
  • Visit sites and attend site meetings
  • Participate in external design meetings with clients and team members
  • Collaborate with support functions within RPS, such as HR, Finance, Marketing/Bid
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Chartered engineer with strong leadership skills and extensive civil engineering technical knowledge
