The role covers feasibility to detailed design and construction, with a plan to progress to a Director position within the next 12 months, while maintaining high technical and commercial standards and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in civil engineering consultancy.
• Experience delivering from concept to construction.
• Experience across highways, drainage, infrastructure and earthworks.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Chartered status or plan to achieve it is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering design and delivery.
• Develop and review technical designs, calculations, drawings.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend meetings, site visits and inspections.
• Assist with growth of civil engineering team.
