Bennett & Game Recruitment Limited in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy.

You will lead the technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects from feasibility through planning, detailed design and construction, while supporting the development of engineers and technicians and liaising with clients and authorities.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Civil Engineer or progressing towards Chartership.
• Strong UK consultancy experience within civil engineering and infrastructure design.
• Experience leading the technical delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing and mentoring engineers and technicians.
• Knowledge of SuDS, flood risk and drainage design.
• Experience with section 38, 278 and 104 would be advantageous.
• Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD and drainage design software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects from feasibility and planning through detailed design and construction.
• Lead highways, external works, levels, earthworks and wider site infrastructure design.
• Lead the preparation of drainage strategies and the design of SuDS, foul drainage and surface water drainage systems.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, models, specifications and technical reports.
• Manage and mentor engineers and technicians within the Civil Engineering team.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Liaise with Local Authorities, LLFAs, water companies and other statutory bodies.
• Manage project programmes, resources, fees and technical deliverables.
