Job summary

ICE Recruit, on behalf of a respected independent consultancy near Leicester, seeks an ambitious Associate Civil Engineer. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with project management, client liaison and mentoring of junior engineers.

You'll work across residential, commercial, healthcare and mixed-use developments, delivering infrastructure solutions from concept through to completion with a strong focus on drainage design, SuDS, flood risk assessments, earthworks and highways,

Qualifications

• Solid consultancy experience and strong technical background in drainage design, SuDS and flood risk assessments.
• Experience with earthworks and highways including Section 278 works and Section 106 applications.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects from concept through to completion and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infrastructure solutions from concept through to completion.
• Lead project delivery, client liaison and team mentoring.
• Support development of junior engineers and build strong client relationships.
