Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to help expand a developing team within a national consultancy. The role focuses on technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and delivering high quality drainage and civil schemes.

Initially you will operate at associate level with rapid promotion potential, and will be expected to grow the team, engage with clients, and contribute to business development while maintaining strong project governance.

Our client is an award-winning national consultancy with multiple offices. Their Bristol office is looking for an experienced civil engineer to come in and build a team around them. Initially you will be at associate level and will be offered fast track to promotion opportunities.

About you:

• Strong technical experience, skills and knowledge

• Able to manage and build a team
• Sound judgement and good industry knowledge
• Experience overseeing projects, managing resource and budget
• At least 5 years' UK experience

Whilst there is a readymade workload, the successful candidate will have the desire to become involved in business development.

Initially it is envisaged much of your time will be spent in the office, as you grow the team around you, but this is flexible.
