As a Senior Management Leader, you’ll dive into a dynamic role that involves everything from developing new workstreams, managing client relationships to overseeing project teams and technical proposals. You’ll be the go-to-expert for a team, ensuring that every aspect meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

Your technical skills will shine as you oversee engineering reports and specifications, conduct feasibility studies, and develop detailed designs using cutting-edge software and processes. You’ll also lead the way in ensuring projects comply with legal requirements and prioritise health, safety and environmental considerations, whilst also flexing your leadership and communication skills to lead teams, manage deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality output.

We require you to have CEng with a recognised professional institution and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the following areas our Civil Engineering team specialises in;

• Strong technical background, with a demonstratable track record of delivery in one or more core team specialisms (Sustainable Drainage, Flood Risk, Earthworks, Utilities Coordination);

• Experience of working across numerous project sectors including industrial, public realm and active travel, commercial, education and residential;

• Projects varying from scheme design through to providing construction support; and

• Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, MicroDrainage/Flow.
