Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in Bristol is seeking an ambitious Associate Civil Engineer to join their Bristol office and step directly into a high-impact leadership role, inheriting a strong pipeline of secured work across water, infrastructure, and development schemes.

You will lead technical delivery, act as the technical lead, line-manage engineers, mentor juniors, and play a key role in developing client relationships while working with a regional director to progress toward regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng or equivalent).
• Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design.
• Hands-on experience with Civil 3D and drainage design tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate confidently with clients.
• Mentor who enjoys coaching and developing others.
• Ambitious, with a clear appetite for leadership and influence.
