Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial markets and business management? We're looking for a Business Manager, Markets UK to support our Markets Business Heads in executing strategy, implementing initiatives, and ensuring risk & governance compliance.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive business efficiency, manage regulatory adherence, and support front-office operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the connector between global and local Markets teams, sharing best practices.
  • Support the Markets Country Head in running Business Risk Forums (BRFs).
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Oversee business continuity planning, capacity management, and licensing.
  • Drive a prudent cost culture, managing budgeting and forecasting.
  • Continuously streamline and optimize processes to enhance efficiency.
