Ciklum is looking for an Associate Business Development Consultant to join our team full-time in London.

About the role:

This role in Ciklum is designed to provide recent graduates with an exceptional opportunity to learn, grow,and develop their skills in the rapidly evolving tech industry with an Account Management focus.This comprehensive programme emphasises hands-on experience, mentorship, and professionaldevelopment. Throughout your first year you will gain in-depth exposure to all elements of go-to-marketstrategies, including pre-sales solutioning, product engineering, customer and partnership engagement,and business development. These skills will ensure you understand the full lifecycle of bringingtechnology products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding the long-term strategy of the business and supporting all go-to-market teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of both the business and the overallmarket
  • Develop Account Management skills by helping manage strong client relationships at a strategiclevel
  • Support the development of short, medium- and long-term account and cluster strategies
  • Support the build of value propositions aligned to Ciklum’s technological and product initiatives
  • Work closely with other technical and go-to-market teams at Ciklum, to facilitate matrix-led salesand development activities to showcase the entire spectrum of Ciklum’s services and solutions tomeet client needs
  • Manage and identify escalations across engagements and help team members by flagging issuesearly to manage resolution
  • Achieve quarterly targets/quotas and KPIs
  • Support and influence opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to delivery

Requirements

  • Exhibits a keen interest in the technology industry, staying current on trends, market changes,and relevant news
  • Analytical with the ability to build lasting strategic relationships
  • An ambitious target-focused individual with a thirst for progression and growth
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work with multiple teams within a diverse global organisation
  • Must be organised with proficient time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability: Analyze complex issues and develop effectivesolutions individually or in team settings
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent of 2:1 or above
  • Showcase strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles
  • Hybrid working, with the expectation of a minimum of three days in the office.
