The basic salary for this position is up to £65,000 for an Associate Director, with an opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on company profit, potentially taking on target earnings of up to £85,000 per annum. Further benefits include a health and well-being payment, a phone allowance, car expenses, and 25 days of holiday, with additional days given over the Christmas period.
