Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-known Building Consultancy on a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor role in Manchester.

Our client has over 30 years of expertise across a comprehensive range of services, including Building Surveying, Rights of Light, Daylight & Sunlight, Neighbourly Matters, Wind Microclimate and Measured Surveys.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join our client's experienced Building Surveying team in Manchester. With a diverse range of projects, from commercial developments to residential sites, you’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be involved in:

1. Pre-Acquisition and Vendor Due Diligence consultancy.
2. Project Monitoring on new development consultancy.
3. Contract Administration for projects ranging from £50K to £5m+.
4. Dilapidation instructions for both landlords and tenants.
5. Delivering Planned Maintenance Programmes.
6. Schedules of Condition.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of properties and projects while honing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
