  • Leading multi-disciplinary design teams across various sectors
  • Taking ownership of client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors in the team
  • Overseeing technical quality and ensuring a high standard of service delivery

What we're looking for:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong consultancy background (public sector experience is a plus)
  • A commercially minded approach with enthusiasm for growing client accounts
  • Confident communicator who's happy to lead from the front
  • Good technical knowledge and a sharp eye for detail
  • Someone who brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team

What's on offer:

  • Salary between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus and car allowance (where applicable)
  • 25 days holiday, with options to buy/sell/carry over
  • Hybrid working with plenty of flexibility
  • Private medical insurance and access to a private GP
  • Company pension, life assurance, income protection
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Three paid volunteering days a year
  • Structured career development support with a clear path forward
  • Mental health and wellbeing support - including trained First Aiders and wellbeing apps

You'll be joining a business that genuinely cares about its people, with a strong sense of team culture and a clear vision for the future. If you're ready to step into a leadership role while still doing the hands-on surveying work you enjoy - let's have a chat.
