Job description

The offices where businesses grow. The landmark developments that shape our towns and cities.

This Building Safety Team plays a vital role in protecting those stories, ensuring the buildings we manage develop as well as remain safe and fit for the future.

My client is looking for a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor to join a team within a Central London based Consultancy that combines technical excellence with genuine collaboration. Working across a range of large, complex developments and high-profile assets, you'll provide expert building safety advice, lead projects, and work directly with clients to navigate an evolving landscape with confidence.

Just as importantly, you'll be joining a supportive, people-first culture where knowledge is shared, achievements are celebrated, and professional development is encouraged. The team works closely together, while enjoying the flexibility and trust that comes with a hybrid working environment, giving you the freedom to balance site visits, client engagement, and home working effectively.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team that's making a real impact, helping to create safer buildings while working on some of the UK's most significant developments.
