Job Description: Associate Brand Protection Analyst - Italian Fluency

Location: London, UK or Wilmington, Delaware (US)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Working Hours

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

As an Associate Brand Protection Analyst, you will work with the Enforcement team to assist with takedowns of fraudulent websites, social media profiles or posts, and infringing listings on e-commerce sites. You will liaise with customers and internal colleagues to help achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary contact for clients; 'Lead Analyst' role
  2. Analyze website and e-commerce listing content to identify infringements
  3. Research e-commerce sites and hosting providers to assess removal methodologies
  4. Communicate with e-commerce sites and hosting providers for takedown instructions
  5. Engage with customers regarding cases and outcomes
  6. Review enforcement reports, identify trends, and provide context on activity
  7. Suggest strategic changes, such as targeting investigative focus areas
  8. Schedule and conduct regular customer calls
  9. Track action items from meetings
  10. Address current program needs and questions
  11. Escalate issues to support teams as needed
Qualifications:
  • Business-level fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to produce professional documents in English
  • Good IT and internet technology knowledge, basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript preferred
  • Experience in technical/data analysis roles; scientific or technical background beneficial
  • Experience in training or presentations desirable
  • Strong customer focus, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change
  • Willingness to learn new skills
