In this role, you will be a point of escalation within the support team responsible for investigating support cases escalated by the service desk support team and managing them to resolution. Your primary aim will be supporting our managed services customer infrastructure in line with customer requirements alongside a small amount of project work to integrate new services for both new and existing customers. You will take a lead in helping to build out our Managed Service offering for Amazon Web Services and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the service from the ground up.

As the Associate AWS Engineer, you'll beresponsible for:

• Ensurethat AWS incidents, changes, service requests and problem records are progressed through to resolution
• Building your knowledge in the AWS space through industry leading training and exposure to production, enterprise AWS environments
• Act as an escalation point within the team from a technical perspective.
• Consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set by theSupport team Manager
• Work alongsideour integration and service delivery team to ensure that customers receive a high level of support.
