Are you a seasoned Chartered Building Surveyor ready to elevate your career into an Associate Director level role? A highly respected, multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Manager level Building Surveyor to take a strategic leadership position within one of their key regional teams. This role offers a unique platform to influence business direction, mentor rising talent, and lead the delivery of high-quality surveying services across a diverse portfolio.

About the Role:

As Regional Manager, you will play a central role in the operational and strategic leadership of your team. From overseeing key projects and driving performance, to contributing to business development and organisational planning, you’ll be integral to shaping the success of your region and the wider business. Your technical knowledge, combined with strong leadership and commercial acumen, will be critical in ensuring continued excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support and develop a high-performing regional team of building surveyors and technical staff
  • Manage regional performance, workflow, and project delivery, reporting to senior leadership
  • Take the lead on complex or high-value projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and people management
  • Deliver expert technical input as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
  • Support business growth through client development, marketing, and strategic initiatives
