Associate/Associate Director for super design orientated studio

Our client is a high-end, multi-award-winning studio in central London. They are now looking for someone at a senior level to join their small/medium team and help expand their offering within the developer-led, co-living sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Expand the studio's offering within the developer-led, co-living sector.
2. Collaborate with local planning teams and leverage industry contacts.
3. Utilize your design background to contribute to projects.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent experience within the co-living sector in central London.
2. Strong knowledge and contacts within local planning teams.
3. At least 10 years of experience post part 3.
