A little more about your role…

As an Associate or Associate Director based out of our Southampton office, you will provide technical leadership to our design teams and will use your knowledge and skills to deliver quality work on time and within budget. You will lead design teams, mentor, and support junior team members.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

1. Technical leadership of various civil engineering design projects both in the UK and overseas
2. Acting as Project Director or Project Manager on a range of projects, undertaking reviews to optimize solutions and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs
3. Managing resources at the project level and managing personnel within the local team
4. Agreeing on fees and managing the commercial aspects of projects
5. Leading a culture of technical review and challenge
6. Developing client relationships and supporting their objectives
