Responsibilities

You will lead a dedicated and high-performing team of Maths specialists, driving excellence through strategic leadership, high expectations, and a shared commitment to student success. You will model exceptional teaching practice, champion continuous improvement, and inspire colleagues to deliver engaging, challenging, and impactful lessons across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.

With a clear focus on raising achievement and nurturing a love of Mathematics, you will shape an ambitious and cohesive curriculum that promotes deep understanding, problem-solving, and confidence in every learner. Alongside your subject leadership, you will also hold additional whole-school responsibilities, enabling you to influence the learning experience and wellbeing of all pupils and staff across the school.
