Job summary

The Crowd is seeking an Associate Architect to join its London-based studio. This role involves leading project teams and delivering complex commercial schemes from concept through to completion, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with consultants.

Ideal candidates will be ARB registered with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, a robust UK project portfolio, and advanced Revit proficiency. The role offers hybrid working, a collaborative culture and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• ARB registration and Chartered status (or equivalent) is required.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience delivering large-scale UK projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• A design-focused portfolio showcasing UK-based work and a thorough understanding of UK regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from concept through to completion, including Stage 5 delivery.
• Oversee delivery stages, manage programmes, outputs and technical coordination.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to review designs and ensure objectives are met.
• Lead and coordinate consultants and internal teams for effective collaboration.
• Direct day-to-day activities of a small project team and mentor junior staff.
• Support the team in maintaining high quality, productivity, and design integrity.
