Job summary

The Crowd, a London-based architectural practice, is seeking an Associate to join their collaborative team. The role emphasizes leadership of high-end residential and hotel projects, delivering design proposals and technical coordination through all RIBA stages.

With a strong track record in UK projects and Proficiency in Revit, you will manage client relationships, coordinate consultants, and contribute to business development within a supportive studio culture. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• ARB Architect with UK project delivery experience.
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience on residential/hotel projects in the UK.
• Experience delivering up to RIBA Stage 6.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning legislation.
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-end residential and heritage projects across all RIBA stages.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and technical coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee site inspections, contractor coordination, and contract administration activities.
• Contribute to business development, client presentations, and work-winning initiatives where appropriate.
