A leading architectural firm in Birmingham is looking for an Associate Architect to join their expanding team. This role involves overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring design excellence, and mentoring junior staff while being a key player in business development activities. The ideal candidate must be ARB registered and possess significant experience in the various sectors, along with proficiency in Revit.

Duties for the role of Associate Architect include:
* Take the lead on architectural projects from inception through to completion
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships
* Oversee a team of more junior members and work alongside other collaborators
* Contribute to the company's business development and build a robust pipeline
* Encourage strong design and shape the company's culture
* Carry out networking, prepare proposals and coordinate new opportunities
Skills and experience for the role of Associate Architect:
* ARB registered
* Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Experience working across the residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Strong experience within a Principal Designer role
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
