Job Title: Associate Architect

Ref: BM720

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplined practice who provide excellent design services to the residential, commercial and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Architect to oversee their growing team on a range of projects for their Birmingham studio.

Duties for the role of Associate Architect include:

* Take the lead on architectural projects from inception through to completion

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build and maintain working relationships

* Oversee a team of more junior members and work alongside other collaborators

* Contribute to the company's business development and build a robust pipeline

* Encourage strong design and shape the company's culture

* Carry out networking, prepare proposals and coordinate new opportunities

Skills and experience for the role of Associate Architect:

* ARB registered

* Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect

* Experience working across all RIBA work stages

* Experience working across the residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors

* Proficiency with Revit is essential

* Strong experience within a Principal Designer role

* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
