Are you an experienced Architect looking to elevate your career within one of Manchester's most forward-thinking and well-respected architectural practices? This role offers the chance to work on a dynamic mix of Education-sector projects and take a lead role within a vibrant studio environment.

This
reputable firm has seen significant growth and diversification, working on a variety of projects including schools, colleges, offices, leisure facilities, care homes, private housing, and volume residential developments. The Education-sector team is led by a highly talented individual seeking managerial support, allowing them to focus on business development and other strategic responsibilities.

This position offers the potential for rapid advancement to a Senior-Associate or Associate Director level.

Situated in a well-connected part of Manchester, the office provides easy access to the city centre and major motorways such as the M6 and M56. On-site parking is available, and the company offers an excellent benefits package and a highly regarded company culture.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Architect with at least 8 years of practical experience, preferably within a UK-based practice or developer. Ambition, drive, and a desire to progress within the industry are essential.

Key requirements include:
- ARB/RIBA Qualification
- Minimum 8 years of practical experience
- Proficiency in both REVIT and AutoCAD software
- Proven experience in a senior role, including job-running, managing junior colleagues, leading meetings, and presenting to clients and stakeholders
- Previous experience in the Education sector (schools, early years, colleges, sports/activity venues) is
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation

A competitive salary ranging from £47,000 to £53,000 is on offer for the right candidate.
