Position Overview
  • Work on small to large-scale developments across various sectors
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director
  • Assist in workload management
  • Manage design and construction projects
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp daily
Requirements
  • Reside within a commutable distance of Rochdale, Manchester
  • At least 5 years of professional UK experience (post-qualification)
  • Team management and workload distribution skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp are advantageous
  • Strong technical and detail-oriented skills
  • Effective time management
  • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with NBS specifications and JCT contracts
