Associate Architect Position at Bennett & Game

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward-thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Associate Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Architect to be part of a practice with a promising year ahead in terms of development.

Position Overview

• Take responsibility for leading a team
• Liaise with clients and contractors
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Attend site visits
• Handle projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors
• Develop project briefs
• Manage projects from inception to completion
• Produce high-quality designs for diverse projects
• Meet with professionals and clients to define project scope
• Oversee multiple projects daily, organizing and guiding project teams
• Show passion and enthusiasm for design and project delivery
• Mentor and guide team members

Requirements

• Residency in or near Milton Keynes
• Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD
• Experience as a project runner
• Ability to manage a design team
• Minimum 5 years of UK-based practical experience post-Part III
• Strong design, presentation, and report writing skills
• Ability to work well within a team
