Job summary

Architecture Social is seeking a Residential Design Architect to join its London studio on prime central London projects. You will work on high-profile residential developments, from concept Design through planning, collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver thoughtful, commercially astute, and technically robust design solutions.

The role emphasizes strong design flair, presentation skills, and experience with complex residential schemes, urban regeneration, and high-risk projects,

Qualifications

  • ARB-registered Architect with 3–5 years PQE.
  • Demonstrable residential design experience and strong design flair.
  • Experience on complex residential developments and urban regeneration projects.
  • Knowledge of current planning, building regulations and relevant legislation.
  • High-Risk Building project experience.
  • Strong Revit proficiency.
  • Experience using rendering, visualisation and presentation software.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills.
  • A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver design from concept through planning and project development for Prime Central London schemes.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams to develop design solutions.
  • Take projects through design stages with a focus on quality, constructability and commercial viability.

Residential Design Architect | 3-5 Years PQE | Prime Central London Projects

A highly respected design-led architectural practice is looking for a talented Residential Design Architect to join its residential team. Working on complex Prime Central London developments and large-scale urban regeneration projects, this role is ideally suited to an Architect with a strong design portfolio, excellent presentation skills and a passion for creating high-quality residential architecture. The successful candidate will have around 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and be confident taking projects through the design stages, working closely with clients, consultants and project teams to develop thoughtful, commercially successful and technically robust design solutions.

The Role

You’ll be part of a team delivering some of London's most prestigious residential developments, contributing from concept design through to planning and project development. The role requires a strong balance of creativity, technical understanding and communication skills, with the opportunity to work on landmark schemes that have a meaningful impact on the built environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a design-focused Architect looking to work on ambitious projects within a collaborative and highly regarded studio environment.
