Associate Architect | £40K-£50K | North Oxfordshire

Exciting opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice in the Oxfordshire countryside! Lead high-quality residential projects, including bespoke homes, conservation schemes, and small-scale developments, in a collaborative and design-focused environment.

What's in it for you?

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Work Environment: Hybrid (1 day a week from home)

Your Role

• Lead and manage residential projects across all RIBA stages

• Oversee teams and guide junior architects

• Communicate with clients and develop business opportunities

• Use Vectorworks daily (training provided if needed)

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years UK project experience (residential essential, conservation a plus)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in traditional building design

• Own transport due to rural location
