Associate Architect Job Opportunity

We are recruiting a talented Associate Architect for a well-established multi-disciplinary practice based in Cambridge, working across the UK on projects valued between £5m-£30M. The firm has a diverse portfolio, offering opportunities to work on residential, sports & leisure, student accommodation, and extra care projects. The successful candidate will work across all RIBA Stages; experience in all stages is essential. The practice uses Revit, so prior experience with the software is important.

This role may also suit a Senior Architect seeking a step up into an Associate position.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  2. Working on projects across all RIBA stages
  3. Delivering complex projects
  4. Taking overall responsibility for projects
  5. Contributing to the development of the practice
  6. Developing project briefs and managing their progression
  7. Helping to develop and grow an architectural team
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • ARB or RIBA Chartered Architect
  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Leadership skills in project management
  • Experience across all RIBA stages
  • Living within a commutable distance of Cambridge
