Job summary

Avanade is seeking an enthusiastic Associate / Analyst to join our Modern Workplace Practice, focusing on Power Platform, SharePoint and Generative AI with Copilot Studio. You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, build and support AI‑powered business solutions.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative client engagements leveraging Microsoft 365, Copilot technologies and knowledge management improvements.

• Develop and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Dataverse solutions.
• Assist in delivering low‑code business applications and automation solutions.

• Assist in structuring content, metadata and information architecture to support AI‑driven knowledge experiences.

• Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories and solution designs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate / Analyst to join our Modern Workplace Practice. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Power Platform and/or SharePoint who are looking to develop their skills in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies.

As an Associate / Analyst, you will work alongside experienced consultants, engineers and solution architects to design, build and support AI‑powered business solutions. You will help create intelligent agents to automate processes, enhance knowledge management solutions and contribute to innovative client engagements that leverage Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot technologies.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to build expertise in one of Microsoft’s fastest‑growing technology areas while contributing to real‑world business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Studio Development

• Configure, build and maintain Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.

Essential

• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and/or Power Automate.
• Experience using or administering SharePoint Online.

Desirable

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
