Job summary

Kainos is seeking an Associate AI Engineer for its Workday Products division to productionise AI and machine learning solutions in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers and product teams. You will contribute to building robust, scalable AI capabilities within production systems.

The role emphasizes teamwork, modern software practices, and applying responsible AI principles across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
• Foundational experience with Python (or similar language) and a willingness to write clean, maintainable code.
• Some exposure to deploying or supporting AI/ML models and an interest in MLOps (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring).
• Awareness of responsible AI, security, and data privacy practices with follow-through on guidelines.

Responsibilities
