• Advising clients on rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate.
• Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation.
• Managing a caseload and supervising junior team members with support from the senior team.
• Actively participating in business development activities.

You

• 3-6 years PQE in property / real estate law - mixed experience welcomed; rural property experience is an advantage.
