Fospha, part of Blenheim Chalcot, is seeking an Associate Account Manager in London to drive renewals and customer value across a mid-size portfolio. You will own relationships, interpret dashboards, and tell ROI stories to diverse stakeholders, from CFOs to marketing teams.
You will collaborate with the Head of Customer Accounts on high-impact accounts, shape account plans, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring measurable outcomes and retention across the customer base.

As an Associate Account Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring Fospha’s customers see measurable value and business impact from our marketing measurement platform. Working within our Customer team, you’ll directly own relationships across a portfolio of mid-size customers, driving retention, adoption, and commercial readiness while helping shape the next generation of customer success at Fospha.
