  • Lead performance analysis and proactively identify growth opportunities tailored to partner needs and market trends, to drive optimised outcomes for both partners and internal collaborators.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, focusing on driving revenue growth and on delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Foster a close internal collaboration across the organisation, partnering closely with commercial, engineering, finance, and product teams to set goals and deliver results.
  • Act as a trusted adviser across airline accounts, managing reporting, tracking, billing, operations, and optimisations with precision and insight.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in the airline industry and monitor the competitive landscape, to craft and execute innovative ways to improve the company's market position.
Please apply if you have:
  • 3+ years of meaningful experience, travel/airline industry experience, is a plus.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with a high attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and very strong presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage projects of varying size simultaneously, while prioritising appropriately.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal technical teams and interact with senior members of KAYAK leadership across globally located offices.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Travel required.

  • Focus on mental health and well-being:
    • Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth & HeadSpace Subscription
