Amazon is hiring Associate Account Executives (AAE) to help businesses grow awareness and sales of their products using Amazon’s advertising offerings. This full-time role is ideal for entry-level or early-career candidates interested in launching a career at the intersection of advertising and sales, with a history of achieving ambitious goals, and who are analytical problem solvers interested in working with both well-known and emerging brands.
As an AAE, you will start with a 12-week sales training program alongside 5-10 peers, learning about the digital advertising industry, Amazon’s advertising products, and how these products help brands grow their businesses. You will develop skills in building business relationships, exceeding customer expectations, educating advertisers on growth strategies, and honing presentation and negotiation skills. You will receive training and coaching to independently manage advertiser relationships and a book of business after training completion. The program offers an opportunity to accelerate career development in advertising, marketing, and sales within Amazon’s rapidly growing business.
Amazon is recruiting AAEs for an April 1st, 2025, start date. Ideal candidates are fast learners, excellent presenters, clear communicators, effective listeners, and project managers capable of balancing multiple priorities. Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating via phone and in person.
