Job summary

Axial3D is seeking an Associate Post-Production Engineer to join our Belfast team. You will post-process 3D printed models, conduct quality inspections, and assist with packaging and dispatch in a flexible, production environment.

You will work with SLA/DLP/FDM tech, follow strict processes, and participate in QMS to meet customer needs and production timelines. The role is based in a modern office in Belfast with 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various 3D printing technologies (SLA, DLP, FDM) and their practical applications.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, workshop, or production environments.
• Ability to follow established processes and work instructions with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Post-processing 3D printed models.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished models.
• Package products according to quality standards and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance on 3D printers.
• Identify and report print failures or equipment issues.
• Maintain and clean production areas, handling resins and solvents safely.
• Participate in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow policies.
• Ensure meeting customer requirements and production deadlines.
