Of course, while we are equipped to litigate, going to court is never our default response. We start every dispute with a clear, dispassionate overview of our client's options, and be it personal or commercial, our approach is the same. Assimilate the facts and lay out the options because the means of resolution can be as diverse as the issue themselves. We are ready to be as measured and diplomatic or as aggressive as the situation demands.

The Group

Our insolvency and restructuring group has vast experience acting for the full range of stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring cases, including insolvency practitioners, distressed businesses, directors, financial institutions, private credit funds, trade creditors, suppliers and landlords. Our group spans both contentious and non-contentious insolvency although we are best known for our contentious practice, which is ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners. We handle a wide range of insolvency cases, both large and small, often with an international dimension. Duties And Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2 - 6 year PQE Associate to join our growing Insolvency and Restructuring practice. The successful candidate will be expected to work with all the Partners in the team, on a variety of matters, and will be given every opportunity to develop their own business and manage cases.

Skills/Experience

• 2-6 PQE in litigation, with demonstrable experience of having worked on insolvency and restructuring matters.
